  • Notes
    • “Loraine was proud of her Swedish ancestry. She lived in Corpus Christi for more than 40 years where she worked as an accountant for Columbia Southern, a division of Pittsburgh Plate Glass. After the death of her husband, Loraine moved back to Austin to care for her two spinster sisters until each one passed away. She kept busy with her gardening and was instrumental in keeping the Hornberger’s in contact with one another. Since she and Roy were unable to have children, they were very close to their nieces and nephews, staying very active in their lives. She was a member of the Methodist Church.”
