Notes |
- Lois spent most of her life in San Antonio, Texas, where she attended Jefferson High School in 1932. She attended and received degrees from both the University of San Antonio (now Trinity University) and the University of Southern California. She taught school for over forty years, teaching physical education in elementary schools in the North East School District for more than 20 years. Lois loved to play tennis and was a former city, state and southwestern champion. She also coached the Silver Fins Synchronized Swim Team for several years. As the owner and swim teacher of the Jefferson Swim Club for 16 years, Lois was famous for teaching small babies to swim. She also was a well-known medical hypnotist and lecturer.
